Operations
Every day, using the highest performing manufacturing equipment, our production colleagues create quality products for demanding applications in rigid packaging.
Sales
Our Sales team is on an endless quest to get our products in the hands of our customers. They know our customers inside out, working closely with FMCG companies all around the world. They drive growth that benefits our customers and us.
Finance
Our Finance department monitors all activities along the financial value chain and ensures that processes within the division remain “best in class”: controlling, accounting, liquidity, risk management, tax optimization, currency and interest management, regular reports.
Human Resources
Our global team contributes to a successful implementation of our people strategy – especially with our core areas “Lead to sustainability”, “Enable to grow” and “Change to perform”. With our international and business-oriented operational model, we establish a strong, proactive, and sustainable Human Resources organization.
IT
Our IT teams manage the digital framework that makes it possible for PACCOR to do what we are great at, globally. Our digital platforms need to work around the clock, incorporating cutting – edge systems to help protect PACCOR’s best kept secrets.
Procurement
In Procurement, we take into account our stakeholders’ requirements and enable smooth purchasing processes. We supply the company with raw materials, goods, and services and cultivate relationships with our suppliers. Procurement helps in developing innovative solutions and putting sustainable business practices into action.
Communications & Marketing
The Communications & Marketing department at PACCOR is responsible for telling the stories behind our sustainable products. It’s PACCOR Marketers that deliver the experiences that help connect customers with our brand.
Research & Development
Our colleagues from R&D are the geniuses behind our innovative solutions. They are pioneers in customized solutions. Working in our Center for Development & Innovation (CDI), they drive changes to make our customers happy.
